Authorities also noted that all roads leading to the school were closed.

Parents were advised to go to a nearby campus at Robert Frost Middle School, located at 9201 Scott Drive, which has been designated as the meeting location.

MCPD indicated that they expect to release the remaining students inside the school shortly.

Students who ride the bus will be released directly from the school once the scene is deemed safe, while parents picking up their children are advised to wait for further instructions.
